She has been featured twice on WCAI’s Poetry Sundays and her interview with poet Greg Orr was featured in The Drunken Boat. Her poem “Fifty-Six Days” earned a Best of the Net Nomination in 2016. Best of Nantucket and Beyond!
Ralph Kuncl
Among other impressive titles and engagements over the years, throughout his career, he has performed as an amateur singer, symphony and choral conductor, and pianist. He has been a philanthropist of the arts wherever he has lived. His editorship of poetry stems from his deep friendship with Douglas Lowry, the author of Pomes: Writing Like There’s No Tomorrow, winner of the 2024 best poetry book award (finalist for best book design) in the “Next Generation IndieBook Awards” competition of the Independent Book Publishing Professionals Group. Ralph and his wife Nancy have been seasonal residents of Nantucket for 16 years.

Ole Lokensgard
Ole received his B.A. in English, St. Olaf College; M.T.S. in History of Religions, Harvard; M.Arch from University of California, Berkeley. His poetry has been published in a variety of literary journals, newspapers, an anthology of Norwegian/American Writing, a chapbook, and a book of poetry related to Nantucket (The Nantucket Collection). He is a registered architect with completed projects in NY, CT, MN, WA, and MA. Before he studied architecture and knowing very little about construction other than making forts as a kid, he built a house on Nantucket with the help of family and friends; all the doors, windows, bricks in the fireplace, and the kitchen sink (later replaced) were from the Nantucket dump. He and his wife Mary divide their time between Virginia and Nantucket.

Robert Frazier
His father taught cryptography after working with Turing’s bombe at Bletchley Park during WWII. His mother was an oil painter who studied with Emile Albert Gruppé in her teens. So the science of deciphering gibberish into plain text somehow meshes with impressionistic imagery in his writing (and painting). He has 9 collections of poetry, and lives on island with his wife, Karol Lindquist, a nationally-recognized basketmaker.
